Adventures in hat crocheting

So my hat didn’t curl as early as it was supposed to.  Now it’s like a giant green pancake with a slight curl at the edges.  Blah.  Should I pull it all out and start over?  Or does anyone have a need for a giant green pancake?

    Haha! Preeti, I heart you! Sorry your hat didn’t work out, but props to you for having the courage to try it! I have not yet crocheted circles. Still trying to finish my first project ever which has now lasted over a year… bah!
